Privacy Policy for Dama Ta!

Effective date: July 12, 2026

This policy explains what information Dama Ta! ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. The App has no account or login system and does not collect your name, email address, or other real-world identity.

Information We Collect

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time Premium upgrade (Remove Ads + Unlimited Credits). Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment details. To confirm a purchase is genuine, the App sends the Google Play purchase token to our server, which verifies it with Google Play; the token is processed only to confirm your entitlement and is not saved to a database. Your Premium entitlement is held by your Google Play account, so it restores on a new device or after reinstalling.

Fraud Prevention (App Integrity)

To protect purchases and prevent tampering, on Android the App may request an integrity token from Google Play services (the Play Integrity API) and send it to our server, which asks Google to decode it. This confirms the App is a genuine, unmodified copy running on a genuine device. The token is processed transiently for this check only and is not stored.

Advertising

The App may display ads served by Google AdMob to support free play. When ads are shown, Google may collect and process data (such as advertising identifiers) under its own privacy policy, to serve relevant ads and measure performance. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and manage ad personalization in your device settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data with third parties only as described above — Google AdMob (if/when ads are shown) and Google Play (for purchase verification and the App-integrity check) — and where required by law.

Data Retention

On our server: multiplayer session data (live match state, the guest-ID-to-match association used for reconnects) is discarded when a match ends, times out, or the server restarts — nothing is retained long-term.

On your device: your guest ID, username, local match history, rating profile, credit and ad counters, and premium-unlock status persist in the App's local storage so they're still there next time you open the App, until you clear them (see "Your Choices") or uninstall. Exported game files persist wherever you saved them until you delete them yourself.

Your Choices

You can delete your local match history at any time via "Clear all history" in the History screen, without affecting your guest ID or username. Uninstalling the App removes everything stored locally — guest ID, username, match history, ratings, credits and unlocks, and any saved game files you have not exported elsewhere.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
